Hi, I'm Yadira, a Bahamian-born Graphic Designer and Web Developer located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
I’m a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology (2018) and Emily Carr University of Art & Design (2015). I have a strong background in Communication Design, Marketing, Branding, User Testing, User Experience, Design Research, and Prototyping.
I have over 10 years of experience working in the Graphic Design and Marketing Industry and it has been the most amazing journey collaborating with a diverse set of people to establish their brands, and exploring many different avenues within Vancouver and abroad. I'm extremely passionate about good design and thrive on the philosophy that good design is functional, human-centered, and connects. My main focus is delivering powerful branding and print solutions that challenges the market and breaks communication barriers.
I love the outdoors and nature, traveling, food and culture, and when I'm not working, I'm either learning new design skills, exploring new places, or spending time with family and friends.
